Poor Customer Service
I’m a frequent flyer, and often traversing through DFW. Every time I stop for Garretts, if they are open at the time. Stopped in the early AM today, around 8 after a 5am flight that connected through DFW. My dad loves Garretts and is from Chicago, so stopping through for a few jumbo bags or tins is tradition. There was one guy running the front, one making popcorn in the back. After waiting in line for a while with all my bags, the cashier refused to tell me the ounces of the different packages and tins. He was rude in his response which took me by surprise and then started serving the next customer after me before finishing my transaction. After I paid he threw the receipt toward me and pushed it aside without so much as even looking at me. I have never had to deal with such rude service before from Garretts. Very disappointing as Garretts is a Chicago company. I will not be coming back.
