L’idea di FOL nasce dalla reinterpretazione della tradizione statunitense per i popcorn riadattata all’italiana e con un concetto slow food, grazie all’impiego di ingredienti locali, in particolare quelli che hanno reso famosa la città di Torino nel mondo, come il cioccolato, il caffè ed il formaggio.

The FOL Popcorn project comes to life in 2015.
The idea of FOL comes from the reinterpretation of the American tradition for popcorn adapted to Italian style and with a slow food concept, thanks to the use of local ingredients, in particular those that have made the city of Turin famous in the world, such as chocolate , coffee and cheese.
